A: Total delivery time is 6-15 days depending on location:
• Production: 2-4 business days (made-to-order)

Q: Why does production take 2-4 days?
A: Every item is made-to-order when you place your order—not mass-produced or pulled from warehouse inventory. This ensures premium quality, fresh printing, and sustainable production with zero waste.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Contact us immediately at pilotcraftstudio@proton.me with your order number. If production hasn't started (usually within 24 hours), we can modify or cancel. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package from our facility to your doorstep.

Q: Do you offer rush production?
A: Rush production is not currently available. Each item requires 2-4 days for quality printing and curing. Please order at least 1 week in advance if you need items by a specific date.

A: Machine wash cold inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on design. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Q: How do sizes run?
A: Our products follow standard US sizing. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Q: Are these unisex?
A: Yes, most designs are unisex cuts suitable for all body types. See individual product pages for specific fit details.

Q: Why do you only show mockups?
A: As a made-to-order business, we use professional digital mockups that accurately represent the final product. The design, colors, and placement you see in the mockup match what you'll receive.

Q: Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
A: Colors are professionally calibrated and very accurate. Minor variations may occur due to different screen settings, but print quality is consistent and vibrant.

A: No. PilotCraft Studio is an independent brand. Our designs are inspired by aviation culture and aircraft but are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline, aircraft manufacturer, or military organization. All designs are original artistic interpretations.
